One of Blauw Tekstra Uding’s specialisms is corporate law. Our office assists the entrepreneur in preparing and reviewing of various types of contracts and of general delivery or purchase conditions. We also advise on the establishment and termination of all business partnerships, including a joint venture, partnership, general partnership (VOF) and limited partnership (CV). Part of this is conducting negotiations on these issues together and on behalf of our clients. Also conducting proceedings in Courts, Courts of Appeal and the district judge but also arbitration belongs to our capabilities. It may be necessary to serve our clients by assisting in conducting a defense against unjustified claims. Or the collecting of invoices and to seize against the debtor itself, or its bank(s). Depending on the case, a decision can be made to start application for interim measures so that a judgment can be obtained at short notice.
